This was very good. My 7 year-old even loved it... which speaks for itself! I have made this twice and plan to make it many more times. The only change to the recipe is that I do use crushed wheat crackers instead of bread crumbs.

I thought that this recipe was really good..but make sure you like ginger..didn't care for it because of the ginger..

This was different than my usual recipe, but it was really good! I think I might cut down the amount of ginger next time, just a personal preference. My husband really loved it because he doesn't like the ketchupy topping I usually make! The vinegar glaze was delicious.
