I am curious where this recipe came from. I found this exact recipe in a magazine about 6 years ago. It is very good. my family loves it. I can the recipe 5 stars,but because I believe the person is trying to claim it as her own I'm only giving 1 stars.

I made this exactly to the recipe and it was perfect. I have too many cukes in my garden this year and found this recipe searching for ways to use them up. Everyone at my dinner last night requested the recipe.

i got this recipe 14 days ago and have made it 3 times already! .. everyone who tries it wants the recipe .. it's so colorful, especially with blue corn chips! .. (i used 2 mangoes) .. SOOOO GOOOD!!

I liked this. It was fresh and a unique blend of flavors. My kids and husband thought it was a little odd, but I appreciated it and wasn't disappointed that I had the whole bowl to myself for a few days. Will make this again.
