This was really good. We wanted more of a dip, so added mayo. Also added lemon juice and extra hot sauce.

I just recently had a superbowl party..GO GIANTS!! I followed the instructions to the -T-. I used extra louisiana hot sauce to give it just the kick it needed...DELICIOUS!

terrific! Such a good way to use up the extra crawfish. Makes good little hor-deurves, roll up in puff pastry or phyllo and bake for a few minutes. Delish! Thanks for this one!
