My family and I really didn't care for this too much; I think it's the thought of fish in a stir-fry? Sounded good at the time and worth a try but not something I would cook again.

This. Was. SO AMAZING!!! Mildly (to me) spicy and delicious, had I eaten this in a restaurant I'd be back the next day. The only changes I made were to use all green peppers as the veggies (pepper fiend here, about three large ones) and instead of adding peanuts at the end, I whisked in about 2 tbsp peanut butter into the sauce. However these changes are purely personal - none needed for a fantastic meal. There's really nothing more I can say here, except to THANK PROFUSELY Dorothy Collette!
