This was a simply amazing, flavorful gourmet mac 'n' cheese. Now a HUGE FAVORITE in my family! Definitely worth trying. I added about 2 T of cayenne pepper sauce to spice it up.

I took the advice of the other reviewer and added a dash of cayanne pepper. It was very tasty and extremely quick & easy to prepare. I will make it again.

I thought this was a great recipe. I used the little seashell pasta, and fat free cottage cheese, fat free sour cream and fat free cheddar. It turned out wonderful. Very rich and creamy. If you are looking for a great mac & cheese recipe this is the one. (Fat Free or not)

All I can say is.....YUM. My husband and I agree that this will be one of our favorites! It was even better the next day when I added some chopped tomatoes with jalapenos.

This recipe has become quite a hit in my family recently...I've made it four or five times in the past month by request. It's the easiest, best tasting mac and cheese recipe I've come across yet!
