A lot better than I expected! Didn't have bbq baked beans, so I just got "Bush's Country Style" baked beans and added bbq sauce to the pot. My husband enjoyed it and thought it would probably be good with some chopped onion cooked in with the meat mixture. I also used ground turkey and couldn't tell a difference from beef with all the other ingredients mixed with it.

Awesome! I left the cheese unmelted and served all ingredients "taco" style at the table, allowing everyone to make their own. Everyone loved them! Thanks for the recipe.

I couldn't find bbq baked beans so I used Bush's red beans in chilli sauce. The only other changes I made were to use canned corn, and I added some fresh cilantro. This turned out way better than I expected. Husband really enjoyed them. Thanks, Wendy!

You know, these flavors didn't work together for me. I used canned corn instead of frozen and I did add some garlic and onion powder. It just didn't click. It wasn't something that should be on a tortilla.

I made it as written and thought it was perfectly fine, but lacked a little something I thought. I added a can of drained rotel, some cumin and a bit of chili powder and it was pretty darn good. It was kind of juicy, so next time I make it, I'll thicken it a bit with flour so my burrito won't leak quite so much. Overall, a great dish since it is SOO quick and easy to prepare.

I thought that this was GREAT...... I substituted the corn with onion and bell pepper and then added some cilantro. My husband loved this and he is not the one to try new things. Thanks!
