This was always a special treat during the holidays. When it came out I knew it was Christmas! It's good for breakfast the next day--or any time until it's gone.

Fresh Cranberry Salad

A sweet, sweet cranberry salad that everyone will think is dessert. Sugared cranberries are combined with crushed pineapple and miniature marshmallows and chilled overnight. Just before serving, this lovely concoction is folded into freshly whipped cream and sliced bananas. Serves six. 

Moore's Cranberry Gelatin Salad

This recipe uses fresh cranberries, pineapple, orange, grapes and apples. Delicious with turkey, chicken or ham. Pineapple juice is an excellent substitute for water if you would like a bit more flavor. Originally submitted to ThanksgivingRecipe.com.

Creamy Cranberry Salad

Fresh cranberries are mixed with sugar, red gelatin, crushed pineapple, orange juice, grated apple and pecans. This mixture is refrigerated overnight, and then layered with a whipped cream and cream cheese mixture.

What 's nice about this version of cranberry salad, is the orange rind, you can taste it in every bite. And the raspberry flavored gelatin that all the ingredients are stirred into, adds another taste dimension. Serves eight.
