I loved it! I gave it to only one coworker and everyone else asked for it! Perhaps it would have been better to give only these during Christmas! I was able to get the same jars at a thrift shop and i sanitized it and air dried it before I prepped it for gifting!

I made these cookies with the following changes, and they turned out great: *I used regular dried cranberries. *I added 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon. YUM! *I mixed some milk and semi-sweet chocolate chips in with the white. If you do this, they become Triple-Chocolate Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies. *I used regular salted butter (not margarine), which I think is a key to make these good. *And I also used REAL Vanilla Extract instead of the artificial stuff, which always makes cookies better. I was skeptical about the measurements of 1/8 tsp. baking soda and salt, but the recipe turned out perfectly. **Also, I just barely melted the butter, so the refrigeration time wasn't necessary. I baked half the batch immediately and the refrigerated the other half to see if it made a difference. But it only made a difference in baking time (I had to bake the refrigerated ones a little longer). I am excited to give these jars out as Christmas gifts!

I wanted to give my family something different this year, so I chose this recipe. I did a trial run before making up all of the jars and everyone loved them so much I knew this was the right one! I found that the jars I packed the ingredients down more ended up looking like they were short ingredients- I would recommend lighty packing in the ingredients or you end up with empty space at the top. I will be using this recipe even without the jars for years to come!

I gave it 4 stars for it's potential! The white chocolate chips and cranberries are yummy, but this recipe was SUPER sweet and super greasy. I even decreased the chips & cranberries to about 2/3 or 1/2 c. each.

I baked a batch of these cookies to see if they would taste as good as the mix looks in the jar. They are wonderful.Everything fit nicely in the jar, just be sure to pack down each layer. I will enjoy giving these to family and friends anytime.

I decided to make these before I gave the jar as gifts. The flavor is wonderful. The only thing that I did differently is, I softened the butter rather than melt it. Next year I will give the jars as gifts. P.S. The DH & DS went crazy for them. When the DH saw me with a cookie in my hand, he said, "Those cookies are mine."

I loved this recipe but I made it with cherry chips instead of cranberries and it turned our great. I will be making more next year.
