Makes a light cheesecake, but I found it very sweet. If I make it again, I'll reduce the amount of sugar added.

Aside from the cherries & crust was pretty darn tasteless. Texture reminded me of a recipe from underneath the label on a tub of "Cool Whip" - too fluffy, airy. I followed the recipe exactly with no modification. Disappointing!

This cheesecake is amazing. I made it with a walnut crust and that brought it over the top! So Delish!

I thought this was a great recipe and have made it several times. It comes out so light. I did, however, use less graham crackers which makes a smaller crust.
