This was good, but next time I would use more mushrooms, which I would not leave in the pan while I cooked the sauce. (Remove after sauteeing with the peppers, then readd after sauce is made) Also needs more swiss cheese or try sharp cheddar.

I made this for a family Christmas. I thought it tasted OK...but, at the end of the meal, most of it was leftover. It didn't have a lot of the flavor I was hoping for. I probably won't make it again.

I cut the pieces into bite size, instead of leaving them large.. and my almost 1 year old loved the dish too. :D

I liked this for a base for me to do what I wanted with it, I used 1/2# crumbled (turkey) bacon instead of mushrooms, 1 medium diced onion, & I used 1 cup of swiss cheese. It would not have been cheesy enough for our family without doubling it. Family loved it. We will have it again.

After reading the reviews, I was expecting a very tasty dish and was disappointed that this dish was actually quite bland tasting. I omitted the pimentos, so I don't know how much that had an effect on the resulty, but I won't be doing it again.

omitted pimentos. was tasty and creamy, but I felt it needed to be baked longer---it was better reheated the 2nd day when the top brownd and crisped up more. I suggest baking a bit longer.

I added onions, replaced the swiss with cheddar, and omitted the pimentos. It was a good cauliflower dish.

This was an excellent cauliflower recipe. My family members who don't like cauliflower ask for seconds. I used red peppers instead of pimentos.
