omitted pimentos. was tasty and creamy, but I felt it needed to be baked longer---it was better reheated the 2nd day when the top brownd and crisped up more. I suggest baking a bit longer.

I added onions, replaced the swiss with cheddar, and omitted the pimentos. It was a good cauliflower dish.

This was an excellent cauliflower recipe. My family members who don't like cauliflower ask for seconds. I used red peppers instead of pimentos.
