I thought these were good, but honestly, I made meatballs out of the second half of the mixture since that is what these really tasted like. Also, I thought the oil content was a bit high and would cut back next time.

I made these for my post July 4th BBQ and everyone LOVED them! I used fresh basil & 2 tsp. of the garlic that comes pre-minced in a jar. Delicious!

Really good! When my husband says so, especially since he makes some really mean burgers himself, they must be good. I plan to try experimenting with some different seasonings next time. Hope I don't blow it...wouldn't want to mess up a good thing!

A really moist, flavourful burger. Not difficult and does not take alot of time. If I can get my picky seven year old to eat it, then it must be good :D

This is a really good burger! The only thing I changed was the amount of oil (cut it in half), and they came out very juicy and flavorful. I let the patties sit in the fridge for a few hours which helped develop the flavor, then grilled them for a total of 8 minutes over hot coals, flipping them every 2. Great mediterranean style twist on the good old hamburger. Thanks for the recipe!

A great recipe! Awesome for people on low carb diets because there is no bread or starch filling. Just add 1/4 cup of chopped onion and a tablespoon of worchestire sauce into the mix and this burger is perfect!

I really thought this would be a better burger. It didn't have a lot of flavor even though I automatically doubled the ingredients and added chopped onion along with the garlic. I am going to try it again, but thit time I will triple the ingredients and grill them.

My boyfriend and I love this! Very good and we've made it several times. I use fresh basil instead of dried. Also sometimes throw in a little worchestershire sauce. Top with swiss cheese and sauteed mushrooms. Terrific flavor.

I was looking for a regular burger that would go with the regular fixin's. The taste of these burgers were very over powering. I think they could be good if they were presented more as an "Italian" burger (serve with mozzarella cheese, tomato slices and fresh basil, for example. That would definitely be better but I can't decide if the burger would still be too overpowering.
