This is a nice change on your traditional burger. Good flavor and worth trying.

These were ok. WE used less oil by half and i'm glad we did. At the last minute I realized I didn't have any garlic so i had to make due with garlic powder and substitued about 2 garlic cloves worth of tinyly minced onion. Overall they were bland and boring.

Nice and juicy with great flavor (basil is a favorite of mine) -- however be sure to have a spray bottle on hand while grilling... the olive oil makes the flames flare up even more than usual.

I made this recipe because I love garlic and I wanted something quick and easy. I am sorry, but I regret even trying this recipe. It was honestly one of the worse burgers my husband and I ever had.

WOW!!! I made this earlier this week and we loved it!! I only used 1 tsp. salt and 1 Tbsp. oil which was plenty. Since I didn't feel like going outside (loooong day), I pan fried them as & served the w/ brown rice and green beans. The patties were so good that I saved them to eat last. We are putting them on the grill tonight & will serve them on buns. I can hardly wait. DEEE-LICOUS!!!! Thanks Chris.

Great leftovers! Just freeze individually in ziplocks, then pull out and microwave for a minute or so when desired.

These turned out really good. Not your typical boring hamburgers. I mixed the seasoning into the burgers and let it sit for about 30 minutes before grilling. Then we topped them with sauteed onions and melted provolone cheese. There wasn't anything left.

These burgers are awesome!! I followed the advice of previous reviwers and only added 1 tbs. of olive oil, I also only used 1/2 tsp of salt. For the toppings, I sauted some onions and mushrooms in butter and placed sliced white American cheese on top of the burgers!! They were juicy and very tastey! Thanks for sharing your recipe!:)

We really enjoyed the garlic/basil flavor, but our family found the recipe calls for too much salt for our taste. Cut it down if you're sensitive to salt. Otherwise, they were delicious.

These were a BIG HIT at our house. It turned ordinary hamburger (I use ground chuck), into "steak burgers" as my husband called them. I used 1 t. salt, a little more burger, and added a little worchestershire sauce. I'll never make the "old" hamburgers again!

I made this recipe twice last week using ground turkey and seasoning salt. I cut it in half for the two of us, but made the other half last weekend. My husband absolutely LOVED the burgers, and I did too. We will definitely make them again, and I will try them with ground beef when we have company. Thanks for sharing this one!

This was a quick and easy recipe, with all ingredients readily available in my kitchen, but we really didn't like the strong basil flavor. Will not make this one again.

This was a quick and easy recipe. I thought it had a bit too much salt, though. Next time I'm going to try it with 1/2 to 1 tsp only. I really liked the spiciness of the garlic and pepper.
