I wouldn't call the dressing for this salad "dressing" as it was quite thick and more "dip" like in consistancy. I did use some milk to think it down and even then, I didn't use all the dressing because there was quite a bit. We liked the combination of vegetables. Next time, I'd throw some spices in the dressing and increase the red pepper. NOTE: This served four, not six.
