This cake is great! I put it in a bundt pan for 1 hour and glazed it with a simple chocolate glaze. My kids loved it.

This was perfect to use up my zucchini, it was moist, and couldn't even taste the zucchini, I added the nuts, which I didn't like.. but the family did. Will make again, for sure.

Good cake but compared to my mom's recipe for chocolate zucchini cake (which is the best) this was tooo moist and chocolaty! My mom's doesn't call for nearly as much cocoa and you can taste the flavor from the zucchini whereas in this recipe it is masked. The family still ate it but just not our favorite...

It was moist, but I did not like the cinnamon in it. It did not really taste like chocolate ckae with that ingredient.

Very delicious. Very rich and moist. I made it in a bundt pan like others suggested and drizzled chocolate icing on top. It looked very pretty too. I didn't tell anyone there was zucchini in it until afterwards and no one could guess what the "secret" ingredient was. Thanks for a great recipe!

This cake was extremely moist; however, it had a somewhat bitter flavor. Too much cocoa powder? I will try it again and use 2/3 cup rather than 3/4 cup cocoa.

Great cake topped with Satiny Chocolate Glaze by Ginger found in Allrecipes.com. I baked it in a bundt for 1 hour and like other reviewers, substituted chocolate chips for the nuts. Also found that 1 medium-large zucchini grated with my food processor gave me the 3 cups necessary for the recipe. I did decrease the cinnamon by half just for my preference. I've now frozen 4 bags of grated zucchini in 3 cup amts just for this recipe.

My husband thought it was pretty good. I thought it was only so-so although it might have been tastier if I'd added the nuts. I used Splenda instead of the white sugar.

This cake is super sweet and super moist. I shared it with dinner guests and they loved it...even the 'non-zucchini' eaters. Given the sweetness in the cake itself, I would not frost it. I simply sprinkled powdered sugar on to give it a 'finish'. I also sprinkled the nuts on top after the batter was in the pan but before baking, and only on half of the cake. (Some do not care for the nuts...this way everyone could enjoy it.) Super recipe!

This cake is the absolute best!!!! I changed the nuts for chocolate chips and frosted it with peanut butter frosting. I also tried it with caramel frosting. I made it in a bundt pan and served it to company, fabulous. This cake will definatley be served in my Bed and Breakfast.

Just an update on my review from last year. The cake is still excellent and everyone still loves it, but I wanted to let you know that it is also now a blue ribbon winner! I entered it in the chocolate cake category at our county fair. I frosted it with a vanilla powdered sugar frosting and it took FIRST place. Just thought you would like to know. Thanks a gain for the terrific recipe and new family favorite. P. S. My husband is very finicky about vegetables even when they're in breads or cakes and he really loves this cake.

Very good, moist cake. I used chocolate chips instead of nuts, which made it really chocolate-y. We didn't think it needed any frosting at all, it was quite good on its own.
