Made this, took it to work and it quickly disappeared. Everyone loved it, said it was almost like a brownie but not as sweet. And yes, it was baked in a loaf pan. Will definitely put this recipe in the front of my cookbook. Texture of this recipe is more brownie like than bread.

Everyone who ate this bread had no idea that there was zucchini in it, even my 11 year old daughter loved it! That has to be the best compliment any cook can get!!

WOW! I LOVE this recipe. I am no cook, and thats for sure, and this was so easy even I could do it. I made a couple and took them to work...EVERYBODY wanted a copy of the recipe and I mean everybody. People wanted it to feed to their kids who wouldn't eat veggies or others like me whose boyfriend wont eat veggies. This was a big hit. I made it a sheet cake and no one even knew it had veggies in it! Its a must have recipe for everyone.

I made this the other day and it was a hit! Not only did I love it, but so did my boyfriend! Plus, I like to think it's getting my veggies and my chocolate at once!
