I made this for the first time this week and brought it to a family gathering. I brought home an empty springform. The only thing I'll do different next time is be more careful when pouring the cheesecake batter over the pecans. I dumped mine out of the bowl into the middle, which pushed a lot of the pecans and caramel to the outside of the pan. In fact, I think I'll add more pecans altogether.
