These cookies are very yummy (despite what the ingredients would suggest, this cookie manages to be delicious without being too sweet). I don't normally like crisp cookies, but these were great dipped in milk!

This recipe is a normal cookie made at my house now. My teenage son inhaled a few right out of the oven and my husband brought some to work the next day. The boys in the shop are usually "polite" and won't eat more than one treat that is brought to share, but these were gone in no time. I ran out of chocolate sprinkles so I used chopped pecans, we all liked the sprinkles better. Very unique and nummy.

This was a very easy and tasty recipe - loved that it wasn't too sweet. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that I thought the butter to flour ration was not quite right. I could see the butter spreading out of the cookies as they baked. I will make these again but add more flour and maybe some chopped cashews in. Thanks for sharing!
