I recently made this for a contest at work and won both "Best Looking" and "Best Tasting" chocolate recipe. Very quick and easy. I would only recommend two things: use more raspberry jam than it calls for or the chocolate overpowers it a bit, and let it thaw for a while before serving. I actually think it would work better as a refrigerated pie instead of frozen, I plan on trying that next time. Overall, very tasty recipe and a big hit with guests!
