I just have to say- this was sooooo yummy! It is very forgiving, too! You can do rice or regular milk instead of almond, you can use almost any sweetener... so very good! I did increase the sugar slightly and added a bit more chocolate! I would and will make this again!

I made only a 1/2 recipe and did not have any cocoa so I used 1/3 c semi-sweet choc chips and lessened the sugar. I must say it turned out great!

I use coconut oil for the butter and tapioca starch instead of corn. I make this for my husband, who has a dairy allergy.

I love this recipe and it's perfect for the little preschool I cook for. I fix lunch for about 40-55 kids and pudding is desert one day a month. I use milk instead of the Silk because it's just what we have on hand and the kids and teachers love this pudding. We used to buy the canned pudding, which is at least better than instant. Blek!! This is no problem to make at all. :)

Wow, the best chocolate pudding ever. All I had on hand was Orginal Coconut Milk, so I substitued it for the Almond Milk. No more boxed pudding for me, this is great! I also added I added 1TBSP extra sugar.

I tried this recipe twice and wanted to replace the sugar with stevia but both times i wound up with small clumps in the pudding even with constant stirring. The chocolate was not super chocolatey and I didn't want to add too much of a chocolate bar since the whole point was to keep the calories, fat and sugar low. I don't think I'll make this one again.

I personally thought that the recipe was fun to make,as well as very good in terms of homemade pudding. However in terms of being chocolaty((being the chocolate-holic that I am)) it was not the best I have ever tasted. One would be far better off going to a restaurant for your pudding.

I made this today and it came out perfect, though i used just regular milk instead of pure almond. This is delicious.

Great texture, but not quite sweet enough for me. Lacked a bit of the chocolate taste that I love in pudding. However, I added some mini chocolate chips on the top of one of the small bowls and that helped. Really quick and easy to make.
