I loved it! You just need to make sure you butter the pan a lot, and maybe add a little more flour to the dough so it isn't soooo sticky. Also it is fine if you don't have a small enough pan. Just put it on the you have pan and spread it out to the length of a 12 in. pan.

The cookie doesn't taste very good on its own. I made this in a round pan which I'm not sure was a pizza pan and it worked out fine. I changed the toppings and instead of marshmallows, added banana slices dipped in lemon juice (to prevent discoloration), sliced strawberries, peanuts, and of course, chocolate chips. The pizza was a hit, but it wasn't to my taste. I think I will try to find a tastier recipe for the cookie base if I try this again. Good IDEA, poor execution.

The cookie dough was too soft and fell apart. The marshmallows made the pizza very difficult to slice, so the pizza turned into a big mess.

This was a huge hit with my boyfriend's kids and they loved helping too! I'm always looking for kid friendly cooking! I did really "cheat" by using a tube of peanut butter cookie mix. Turned out great! Took some to my parents and they loved it too! We'll make this again!

My mom used to make this when I was a kid-- my brother liked it so much she would make it for his birthday every year instead of cake. Recently, I tried to make it and could not find a 12" pizza dish anywhere! So I tried shaping it on a cookie sheet-- the dough spreads too much and it ended up overcooked. Make sure you can get the smaller pizza pan size. I also sometimes cut big marshmallows in half to make them look more like pepperonis-- great for presentation, but harder for kids to help with. This is like a S'more where you ran out of graham crackers and used peanut butter cookies instead. So. Good!
