Ghirardelli® 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Chips (divided)
finely shredded orange zest
Made these last night and was not a fan of the finished product. I did not change anything except the final dipping of the chocolate,but there seems like there was too much flour- my family said these had a 'biscuity' flavor to them. The dough was way too crumbly, the chips were too large and melty. The orange zest was a nice touch though. The finished product was not crispy but very hard. I've made many other types of biscotti before but this recipe is not a keeper. Keep looking for another.
Too much chocolate if you dip them. Otherwise, these are phenomenal!
