I found that a 10x15x1 inch pan was too big for this recipe. The chocolate chips and peanut butter combined made 4 cups. When I tried to spread 1/2 of the mixture in that big of a pan it was too thin. After I made the vanilla pudding mixture there was so much of it compared to the chocolate/peanut butter mix I had about 1 & 1/2 cups left over. There was no way I could stir 3 cups of peanuts into the 2 cups of chocolate/peanut butter mix that was left for the topping. But, the candy is good and the people I work with enjoyed it.
