Sky-high and scrumptious, this fluffy chocolate delight is super to serve to company. You can put the pie together in a wink - and it'll disappear just as fast! For a nice option, mound the filling in a purchased chocolate crumb crust. -Lois Mulkey Sublimity, Oregon

How can something so simple taste so rich and delicious? Butter is creamed and blended with melted chocolate, vanilla, and eggs, then beaten until thick and fluffy, and poured into a baked pie shell. Once the pie chills thoroughly, it can be served with whipped cream and a sprinkling of nuts for the crowing touch.

The made-from-scratch chocolate pudding filling makes this pie rich, thick and wonderful. It 's poured into a baked pie shell and smothered with a glossy meringue. A few minutes in the oven and the pie is ready to serve.

This pie can be whipped up in minutes, and is low-cal to boot. Stir up the chocolate pudding, pour into a prepared pie shell and chill. That 's it. Try it with slices of banana on top.
