Very Rich and Wonderful, but the layers took some time to put together. I made the bottom layer the night before my party to speed things up.

I needed to bake the brownies about 15 min. longer than the recipe called for, but was still very delicious. Were perfect for St. Patrick's Day!! Will definitely make again soon.

I didn't have any creme de menthe so I substituted 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract. We all loved it. Absolutely delicious!!! Thanks!

This is a delicious soft and creamy mint brownie. Easy to prepare and you don't have to stay with it all the time. You can start it and go on to something else.

I made these for a company party and they were delicious! They were gone in what seemed like 60 seconds! Instead of creme de menthe, I used about a tablespoon of mint extract. Be sure to taste-test the mint filling so it's not too minty!
