These were ok. I just didn't feel that they were worth the effort to make. The cookies ended up being thicker than I thought they would turn out. Maybe a little less flour would help? I don't plan on making these again.

Very yummy. They are quite rich so be careful to only eat one or two at a time.

These are really sweet!! However, if you don't mind the sweetness, then these are excellent. The cookie is nice and soft, and the mint filling adds a nice contrast. Thanks for the recipe!

I hate when ppl. rate a recipe w/o trying the exact recipe first, so I will give this 5 stars. I did double the mint extract like one suggested and like that I'd rate it 4 stars, but I think w/ just the 1/8 t. it would be 5 stars just like the recipe is written. Thank you!

These cookies are wonderful! A definite hit at any party. Add 3 drops of green food coloring to give your guests a hint of what they are about to devour. I'm glad I came across this one!

These were so yummy. I doubled the mint extract to give the cookies a more minty flavor and baked for exactly 8 minutes to keep the cookies soft. Willl definitely make again.

awesome! great for christmas parties. i didn't add all 3cups of flour. it got way too dry and crumbly. i live in the mountains and forgot to take that into account. other than that i'll be making these every year for my christms gatherings!

These cookies are delicious! These are my husband's favorite cookies that I make - and I make a lot of cookies. Update: These are now my younger son's favorite cookie (over chocolate chip cookies). I made them for a church function and over 15 people asked for the recipe. Make sure you cover your dough while cookies are baking to prevent them from drying out.
