Chocolate Lasagna

Recipe by

"I got this recipe from a family member and it has been a favorite since. It is so simple to make, but is definitely a crowd-pleaser! With the majority of the ingredients being fat-free, it is one that you make and not feel guilty about serving. My kids ask me to make it every time we go to any type of gathering, and when I bring it everyone says they love it."

Ummm... YES PLEASE! This was easy and fun to make. At least it was for my kid! I got to sit back with a glass of wine and watch him work. Then later, after dinner, he served me the first piece which I ate in Queenly style as I bossed him around from my couch throne, instructing him to clean up everything while I drank coffee and ate this fine dessert. The one change made was substituting french vanilla puddin' fer the the white chocolate, because we couldn't find any. Isn't white chocolate just a fancy name for vanilla anyways? I will be forcing my minion to make this again for me by withholding his allowance until he does. (Btw just kidding with the 'fancy vanilla' comment, everyone knows white chocolate is chocolate without the brown food coloring...)
