Original Recipe Yield 2 cups icing
 

Ingredients

  • 7 (1 ounce) squares bittersweet chocolate
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons brandy

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate, cream, butter or margarine, and brandy together until smooth. Allow to cool a little before spreading liberally over cake.
