Chocolate Frosting II

"This frosting is divine spread over my grandmother's Frosted Chocolate Cookies or any other cookies that need a bit of frosting on top!"
Original recipe yield 3 dozen frosted

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
  • 3 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Melt butter over a low heat. Stir cocoa, coffee and vanilla into the butter. Mix in powdered sugar and milk. Beat until smooth. Frost cookies and enjoy.
