These are great! If you do not like the lemon flavor you can sub more vanilla extract.

These were delicious! I only managed to have two because I went out and they were all gone when I got back! Instead of just using chocolate for the filling I had left over chocolate icing made with cream and dark cooking chocolate from a cake I had made a few days before. I will definately make these again!

These cookies are not only beautiful, they are also delicious! The recipe works perfectly just as written; I didn't change a thing! They made a pretty and different addition to my Christmas cookie tray. Thanks for this wonderful recipe; I will make it again!
