My sister always makes this. Very good and easy to make. My sister uses sliced fresh banana mixed with the vanilla (or sometimes banana)pudding and a little bit of lemon juice with the pudding.

I'm sorry I don't know what the raving is about, this recipe is alright, but not what everyone's been saying. I'm sorry I'm just being honest. My kids liked it of corse, but nothing special for them either. It's blan and lacks in flavor and doesn't stay together very well when you serve it. I won't be making this recipe again. But thank you anyway. : )

Excellent, made for my sons graduation party, did not use can frosting per other reviews, but made the easy homemade chocalate sauce topping. I doubled the recipee, and put in a disposable foil square dish, it was the first dessert to get wiped out at the party, everyone raved how much they loved it! People are still asking for the recipee, A+++++ on this one. Oh, 1 more thing, do make 24 hrs in advance, so everything has time to thicken and come together. Great!!

This is very good for a couple days, after that it just becomes way too soggy. I will make again, but smaller batches so nothing is wasted. Thanks!

I like this dessert! I know that some people did not care for it when it got soggy, but that is when it really took on the "eclair" taste! I had my hubby try some right after I made it and then the next day and he preferred the second day's serving. I have to agree. It was soooooooo yummy! I live in the middle of nowhere and milk is expensive, so I used powdered milk and it still turned out GREAT! I will DEFINITELY make this again!

Very simple to make and again you should wait the 24 hours. Also make sure to lop the pudding over ends of crackers. I added an extra layer of graham crackers in the middle and we all thought it was too much. Kids asked if I could put melted chocolate on the bottom layer too!

Very Yummy! Followed the advice of others and let it sit 24 hours before enjoying. I also made the homemade chocolate sauce which was also delish. I used cheesecake pudding b/c that's what I had on hand. Also, did not have cool whip but one envelope of dream whip worked just fine. Will make this again!

WOW WOW WOw I can honosly rate this one 10 stars if i could. I made this recipe with bannana cream pudding and cinnamon grahm crackers. I also made the chocolate recipe by baychick. for the chocolate I used challenge butter and lakeside package of supreme cocoa. The best quality ingredients are going to make the best tasting recipes. And it sure did make the best choclate i've ever had. I had to make two dishes of this recipe The first one was made with the banana cream and the second with the cheesecake pudding. The first one was better and gone the same night except two little squares that i had the next day. I do have to say its much better after setting it overnight I wish I could have waited.

Everyone loved this dessert and it was easy to make but I think next time I will use chocolate frosting instead of the chocolate sauce recipe provided by another user. It was way to sweet that I could not eat it.

SO GOOD!!! Definitely better with the chocolate glaze (cocoa, milk, butter, sugar and vanilla) posted in the most helpful reviews. I have mae this dessert 3 times in the last 2 weeks and am about to go make it again with sugar free pudding, cool whip and splenda for my mom who is a diabetic.

I have made this recipe for years! It truly is better the 2nd-3rd day. The very light frosting recipe I have always used is: 2 pkg. of liquid Choco-Bake, 2 teas. light Karo syrup, 2 teas. vanilla, 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar, , 3 tblsp. melted margarine, 3 tblsp. milk. Mix together in a saucepan on stove, cool, and pour over dessert. Very smooth and DELICIOUS!!
