Tempted to give this only 4 stars, because the recipe really should say to make this 24 hrs. ahead of time. It's magic how time makes it taste so much better! Tastes WONDERFUL and is so easy, I had to go with 5 stars!

Very good! Always a hit with everyone. The only thing I do different is use French Vanilla pudding and I use milk chocolate frosting mix. 30 seconds in the microwave (foil removed) and then I pour it onto the dessert. I do let the dessert set up for about 15 minutes or so in the fridge before adding the frosting. We will be making this again and again!

I had to bring a dessert to a party during a heat wave. This was so easy, so yummy, and best of all, no baking involved!

Definitely 5 star yumminess! I went with the chocolate sauce recipe that someone recommended and I would put less sugar and a little less cocoa in that part. But the recipe for the actual dessert was perfect!

This was a definite hit at my grandmothers 94th birthday luncheon. I can't believe how easy it was to prepare and how good it was. I used the chocolate sauce recipe recommended by a few reviewers, and it made such a nice foil over the top layer of graham crackers. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because the presentation is kinda sloppy (AND, I thought it was too sweet, but I am not at all a dessert person). Thanks for this, I'll definitely make it again for future parties.

This is so simple to make, I usually keep the ingredients on hand. Kids and adults both love this dessert, and people are disappointed when I don't make it!

My mom has been making this recipe for years to rave reviews. The main change she made is to use softened cream cheese instead of the whipped topping. (I'm not sure if anyone else commented on this before.) It definitely makes it more decadent!

The only part I thought was really good was the chocolate sauce I made from reviews and that wasn't even part of the original recipe. I just didn't think this was that great. It tasted like vanilla pudding and graham crackers. It would be fine for a simple dessert at home but I definitely won't serve it to other people again.

This was excellent. Both me and my boyfriend really loved it. I followed the advice of STARTINGTOMORROW and made the chocolate spread recipe that she listed. That was a little sweet, but delicious. I had no idea what I was doing making this recipe, but it turned out great and I'm happy I tried it. One of my favorite desserts now!

A friend gave me this recipe six years ago and I've been making it since then to rave reviews. BUT, my recipe uses only one small package of vanilla pudding, 1 1/2 c. milk, and 2 C. cool whip. Add 1-2 T of milk to soften icing. Use the same amount of graham crackers and frosting. Be sure to make the day before. The version I have has thinner layers. Yummy!

I made this in a 9x9 inch pan, with one package of pudding and I used a melted chocolate mixture for the toping. It was really good. Next time I will put more layers of graham crackers and use banana pudding and banana slices. A twist on the banana creme pie my Grandma used to make with Nilla wafers. It tasts like a giant smore with the vanilla pudding! Yummm.

Fabulous! I used the chocolate sauce provided by another reviewer, and it made the dessert. Very easy and delicious! My hubby wouldn't stay out of the frige! I will add that it is better the longer you let it sit in the frige. The longer you let it sit, the more it tastes like an eclair. We loved it, thanks for sharing!

Holy cow this was sooooo easy and sooooo good!! I let my 11 yr old do most of it. I told him this will be his special dessert for family get togethers from now on! ****NOTE**** This is best made the day before! As it sits, the graham crackers get soft (cake like) and it's SO much better this way!! I also heated up the frosting in the microwave (40 seconds on 60% power) then poured on top and smoothed out. The "creamy" filling is the BEST part of this dish. I ended up using the whole box of graham crackers..not sure why, my pan was just a regular 13X9. I used sugar free vanilla pudding and 1% milk and it was great! I like it better than REAL eclairs!! So light and fluffy...yuuuum!

I made this the other night, not sure how my husband and three sons would respond to it. My husband loves eclairs, but I wasn't sure how this dessert would rate... and boy did they love it! For my husband and all three sons to love something equally, wow, I just had to give it 5 stars.
