Ingredients

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon shortening
  • 6 ounces dried apricots
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries

Directions

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and shortening, stirring constantly until smooth. Spear fruit with toothpicks; dip into chocolate. Place on waxed paper or stick toothpicks into a block of Styrofoam to harden.
