This is so easy to make! Simply melt the chocolate and dip the cherries. Be sure to have a sheet of wax paper on hand. The recipe works well with strawberries, too.

Enrobe maraschino cherries in a sugar dough, chill the cherries, and dip in melted chocolate. Make them a week or two before serving, so the candies will develop the "juice" around the cherries.
