Easy recipe. The only reason I rated it 3 instead of 5, Is, I followed this recipe EXACTLY and still had to add about 10 cups of dough to get the right "dough" consistency. Also, the salt could be easily cut in half. And I would recommend using peppermint oil (food grade, of course) over extract. Though you'd need to cut down the amount used drasitically if you used the oil.
