Chocolate Covered Cherries III

Original Recipe Yield 10 cherries
 

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
  • 8 fluid ounces milk
  • 10 cherries with stems

Directions

  1. Using a double boiler, heat the chocolate until melted. Stir in milk, using enough to make the chocolate smooth.
  2. Holding the cherries by their stems, dip them one by one into the chocolate mixture.
  3. Place the coated cherries on wax paper until the chocolate has dried.

You may want to heat the milk with the chocolate. Hot chocolate and cold milk do not mix well.

After reading the reviews...I didnt add the milk. I just melted the chocolate and dipped......
