As a Professional Chef, I vastly improved this recipe with one change. I added an additional egg to the user instructions. As written, this recipe comes out too dry. Even underbaked, the following day these were very hard. With the additional egg, you will find these cookies vastly improved. (In general, things like regular cookie doughs should have a consitency that can be dropped from a spoon, never so dry they can be easily rolled in a ball.) Otherwise, I thought the taste was wonderful and allows for many simple variations.
