1 1/3 cups water
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 1/3 cups bread flour
1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons dry milk powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons honey
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 envelopes instant mocha cappuccino mix
Not what we expected. Not a sweet bread. It had a very strong chocolate flavor but, it was hard to get past the fact that it was bread. It was okay with some vanilla ice cream but, I wouldn't make it again.
Not sure what happened but it turned out doughy, and more like pudding cake than bread. My yeast was proofed so that's not it.
