Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, or to taste

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, butter, and milk. Stir in coconut and cocoa powder, then gradually stir in the confectioners' sugar until the desired sweetness is reached.

  • If you want to be able to pack them easily for an event or kids' lunches, just drop a spoonful of frosting into the unbaked cupcakes before you throw them in the oven for a filled, no-mess cupcake.
