So easy to make! I prefer macadamia nuts to peanuts but both are very good.

Very simple and yummy recipe. I doubled the recipe (and can't imagine not). To make the small clusters to get the serving size indicated use two spoons to scoop and ball the clusters.

Yum! But if you double (or quadruple the recipe!!) and melt the chips in the microwave, still do only a cup at a time. Very easy, delicious, classic recipe.

I quadrupled this recipe, and used cashews instead of peanuts. Mmmm--good. Good reviews from my husband and children as well.

My Grandma (who died 12 years ago) used to make these for Christmas...and I've been looking for this recipe for years. I made them the other day and couldn't wait for them to set. That first bite brought back so many good memories. Thank you so much for posting this recipe.

I only used chocolate chips, and yummy! I also chopped the nuts (peanuts and walnuts) so they weren't so overpowering. Instead of making individual dollops, I made it into a bark by lining a dish with was paper, pouring the mix in, cooling, then breaking apart.

Really good. This is pretty rich though, so make them small. I added a little more than a cup of chow mein noodles. So easy to put together and nice for summer evening since you don't have to heat up the kitchen with the oven. More like a candy than a cookie though. I bet these would be even better with those little pretzel sticks instead. Thanks Tracey, I enjoyed making these.

I doubled this but added more than double the chow mein noodles. I used roasted peanuts. The saltiness of the noodles and the peanuts is a nice contrast to the sweet chocolate. Love the mix of butterscotch chips and semi-sweet chocolate! My husband says they remind him of the ones his aunt used to make. Thank you Tracey!
