I doubled the recipe. I made handful sized balls and baked them. They were big and awesome!

The Cookie is 5 STARS! The directions are NOT! Cream your eggs and sugar first, then combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. AND. . . salt is needed. It helped with flavor. Great flavor! Thank you for the recipe!!!

My daughter (age 9) wanted to make some really good cookies and we came across this recipe. Now, she's making cookies for everyone! Everytime she makes these cookies people ask for more. Very delicious and very easy. The only thing we changed is using dark chocolate chips.

My 12 year old son made these. They were great, soft & chewy. We had mini baking peppermint paties that he used instead of choco chips.

made these yesterday and they tasted good. few problems my cookies were a bit bigger than they were supposed to be and they ended up tasting doughy/floury. although i was a bit confused on the mixing and all the ingredients mixed odd. also they are falling apart! but overall good recipe. Questions! Is the batter supposed to be thick or gooey like brownie batter? If you add 1 cup white chocolate and 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips would they be like triple chocolate cookies or would they taste odd?

These are certainly soft and chocolaty but even after adding 1/2 tsp of salt I still felt that there was some flavor missing. I think if I try them again I'll add almost a full tsp of salt.

Absolutely wonderful! The only change I made was to add about 2/3 bag of Mint Chocolate Chips. Everyone raved about them.

These are the best! Crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. I substituted margarine for butter and I thought one cup of chocolate chips was enough. Can't wait to make them again.

I made several revisions to this recipe based on what I had on hand, and they turned out great! I used a combination of white and milk chocolate (some chips, some chunks) and a little white chocolate chip/macadamia nut combo that I had left over. I think I'll continue with the white/milk chocolate theme next time. We loved these cookies.

Amazing recipe! I would give these 10 stars if I could! Yes, the recipe is a bit confusing, but they were worth it. I used 1 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, I will probably do half and half next time. I also added chopped walnuts. They were chocolate-y without being too sweet. I made them to take to a friends house and they were devoured very quickly. These will definitely be my go-to cookies from now on! Thanks for sharing.

Sorry, I didn't think these were that good, just ok. The cookie dough was not chocolatey enough and they were missing something, salt, no salt? Mine turned out a little dry, also. The recipe was hard to follow(not in correct order, was afraid I would miss something).
