Good texture and moistness. I used 1 tsp orange extract and 1 tsp vanilla and switched amounts of cinnamon and nutmeg. May make this again and try an orange glaze on top for more flavor.

Whoa! After reading most reviews I decided I definitely had to try this recipe out...Absolutely delicious, the combination of flavors is incredible. The orange is not overpowering, the chocolate is just the right amount and the zucchini keeps it moist. Thanks for sharing this one, it will stay in my recipe box for years to come and will be used at holidays!! Yummy, you have to try this for yourselves!!!

This recipe was absolutely a winner. Everyone who tried it loved it, and it was gone very quickly. This will be made again and again. What a great way to use up all those zucchini from the garden!

Simply amazing flavor! I love this recipe, and have successfully made the following changes: I substituted 1/2 c. of unsweetened applesauce for 1/2 c. oil; I added 3 c. of zucchini; I made muffins instead of loaves.

This is awesome!! That little hint of orange with the chocolate chips is great. My family and friends love it. Can be made as mini loaves--just cut the baking time to about half.

I made these as muffins. Didn't have nut or orange zest. Still turned out wonderful. Will be making again. Kids loved them didn't even know the muffins had zucchini in them. These were great. can't wait to make them with the nuts and orange zest. Thanks for the recipe.

I love it! I think I'll add a little more orange zest next time because I couldn't taste it as much as I was expecting to, but this was an awesome recipe. We'll make it again for sure!

This is my family's favorite zucchini bread/muffin recipe. It's the orange/chocolate combination. Yum! I use 1/2 tbspn fresh orange zest, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp oragne extract. I always make it with the first zucchini of the season.

This was the first time I ever made zucchini bread. I have a bumper crop and wanted to use them up instead of just spagetti sauce! I took all the previous recommendations and altered the recipe to this: 3 eggs 1/2 c brown sugar 1/2 c white sugar 1/2 c canola oil 1/2 c orange juice concentrate 2 tsps vanilla 3 c grated zucchini 1 c chocochips 3 1/2 c whole wheat flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon I just put all the wet together and whisked then added all the dry and mix until just combined, then added chips and zucchini. Made 6 mini loaves baked for 45 minutes It was delicious and my mother in law who hates vegetables devoured it and still doesn't know it's zucchini! THANKS!

This did not last in my house. I've never made zucchini bread before, but this was a hit. Feel free to add in extra chocolate chips (I did). I tried some new bakeware (the flexible kind), and the bread came right out.

I experimented with a lighter version on this, and it came out well. I integrated some of the suggestions of teh cooking light zucchini bread recipe. Used 1/2 cup egg substitute, only 1 cup of the sugar, only 1/3 cup of the oil and 1 cup of sugar free applesauce. A full Tbsp of the vanilla extract, 2 full Tbsp of the orange zest and a full teaspoon of the cinnamon. Very nice zucchini bread.

The best. I use this every fall to make zucchini bread and fill up my freezer with some of the yummiest bread there is. I cannot give this a high enough rating. Our family loves it. For the past two years I have had no problem figuring out what to do with all that zucchini. *s*
