I have been on this site for years, and this is the first review I have submitted. This ice cream is the best homemade ice cream I have ever tried. I always double the recipe and still it is always gone by the next day. My husband and kids adore it. I highly recommend to others.

This ice cream was incredibly creamy and delicious--especially considering all of the fat free ingredients. Being an emotional teenage girl (hahaha) I make this whenever I'm having boy problems (although I add LOTS more chocolate;) This is proven to heal a broken heart:)

This ice cream was wonderful. I followed the directions exactly except I did not use the green food coloring we just ate our white. Also I only put it in the freezer for 5 hrs and I did stir it a couple of times to mix in the chocolate chips.

The sweetened condensed milk in this recipe makes it t-o-o sweet! The taste reminds me of when store bought ice cream sits too long in the freezer.

I liked this recipe; it was easy and very creamy. I did use mini chocolate chips instead, which worked very well--though I added them a little late in the mixing process (after it had already thickened). My only complaint was that it was a tiny bit chalky, but for low fat, it satisfied my craving for ice cream!
