Turned out perfect! I used premade cookie dough and a devils food cake mix. I made a whipped cream frosting from this site and it was just enough to not make them overly sweet. Will be making again for sure!

Excellent! I used a yellow cake mix and a pacakage of premade cookie dough. Worked great! The cake was just right and the cookie dough was warm a gooey! I topped them with some whipped chocolate frosting. YUM!!

I made these for my Neice's Bday/4th of July cookout and they lasted maybe 30 mins. OMGosh they were so yummy! I used store bought cookie dough, a white cake mix, and the Butter Cream II Frosting from this site. Everyone loved them and wanted the recipe. Thank you so much for sharing this LTH, you are AWESOME!!

I made these for our 4th of July picnic and there wasn't a single one left. So I had to make another batch and keep them just for myself. They are so easy to make - I just used store bought cookie dough and boxed cake mix (I recommend chocolate fudge flavor). I baked them for only 16 minutes at 350 and they come out perfect every time.

These were very good. I made a few CCC with the rest of the cookie dough. Everyone loved the cupcakes. It was a surprise when they bit in and found a treat inside.

I had to refrigerate these because I added cream cheese frosting to these. Next time I would keep the frosting separate and add on when eating the cupcakes because the cupcakes do not taste as good refrigerated. I also used one of the chocolate cupcakes recipes instead of a cake mix.

Amazing! These were so delicious, with very moist cake and gooey cookie dough. These were so good warm out of the oven. :) I used a devil's food cake mix, but I'm going to make these again with yellow mix. I also topped them with a simple powdered sugar & butter frosting. I noticed that for the frosting, organic butter makes ALL the difference. It tastes so much better. I also noticed that the cupcake pan determines if the top of the cake will rise or fall and make a dome. My heavier, better quality pan let them rise and didn't dome, whereas my lightweight cheap pan made them dome. Both were delicious, but for aesthetics, heavier pan works better.

They were very good. My brother loves them. I didn't get 2 dozen cupcakes though because i ran out of cookie dough. Make sure the dough is well frozen when you put it in the cake batter or else they will become like the cake. I used store bought devil's food cake batter and it was good. I also added cream cheese frosting. These have a good taste together.

These were a hit in my Spanish class! Everyone loved them. I thought the actually cake could have been more moist but the cookie made up for it. I frosted them with leftover store bought frosting them too. Great idea!

These cupcakes are fantastic. I used a Devil's food cake mix and the premade Pillsbury choc chip cookie dough which I made into balls and put in a baggie in the freezer the night before. They go together so quickly. It is sooo important,DO NOT OVERBAKE, my dgtr made these in May and they were dry and hard on the bottom, 16-18 min, check on the outer edge of the cupcake. I used the Butter Cream Frosting II from this site. Every one at the party asked how to make them.

Everyone who tried one of these cupcakes was pleasantly surprised and raved about them! They are a little time-consuming, but I think that making your own cookie dough (instead of using store-bought) is worth the extra effort. Just be sure to plan ahead.

These were delicious. I had to make myself stop at one, but I wanted more. The only recommendation I would make would be about frosting. I frosted them with a yummy buttercream and they were good, but in 109 degree weather here this past weekend, it was just too much. Next time I serve these when it is so darned hot, I'll just dust the tops with powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Mine took 20 minutes to bake and the cookie dough was slightly gooey and yummy

These were one of the best desserts that I have ever made. The cookie dough in the middle still tasted like cookie dough after it was baked and my friends and family all loved them. I used another recipe from this site for the cake (One Bowl Chocolate Cake III) and it was so good. I will make this again with different cookie dough and cake recipes.

We really enjoyed these. I went easy on the frosting and glad I did as they were very sweet. I used choc cake mix, baked for 20 minutes and perfect. The indent in the middle from frozen (store bought) cookie dough was quickly covered with the frosting. This was quick and delicious!

Why, why, why must you post such a delicious recipe!!!! Amazingly perfect. Used 30oz pillsbury cookie dough-this made 27 generous sized balls. Froze them while I ran my errands. Used devils food w/pudding cake mix. Do not overcook. If anything, I undercooked them-15-18 minutes. Let them cool for 5min in pan then laid them upside down on separate plate so that they won't concave in the middle. They were sinfully delicious!
