I don't think we'll try these again. They were kind of bland and the bottoms turned out greasy and the tops were rather dry.

This recipe IS quick and easy, but it tastes AWFUL! The cookies were dry,even though I had cut the baking time to 18 minutes. Perhaps the lack of eggs in the recipe had something to do with it.

Instead of getting cookie-like BARS, I got a cookie-like CAKE! It tasted like a great cookie, but was ultimately a fatty cake.
