This is fantastic. I used Oreo crumbs instead of graham crackers, omitted the cocoa, and increased the butter to 1/2 cup. Also sprinkled a few Heath Bar bits on top after baking. Everyone loved it and thought it was professional quality!!

VERY rich! Not good at all without the chocolate chips, so be sure not to try it without! (I tried a tiny one with the extras that didn't fit in the pan)

This cheesecake was extremely easy to make. Instead of graham crackers and cocoa, I just used crushed chocolate wafers...simple. I did bake it in a water bath and when I cut into the cake, it was the perfect consistency...every piece cut looked like it was being served at a restaurant. Served it with drizzled caramel...must make it over again and again.

This is without a doubt the best homemake cheesecake I have ever tasted, definetly Cheescake Factory quality. I was asked for the recipie the very first time I made it and it will be accompanying me to the next pot luck. The condensed milk makes the difference. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!

I am not a cheesecake fan, but my husband and family LOVE this one and I do too. I have used all sorts of different cookie crumbs to make the crust too and they all come out perfect. Wonderful recipe!

This cheesecake was wonderful and super easy to make. It's best to use 1 stick of butter and let the cheesecake set overnight.

It was very good, although the crust had an overpowering cocoa taste. I had to add a little more butter to give the crust a good texture. I would make again with a few minor adjustments.

This was awesome! I baked it in a water bath and added crushed heath bars, caramel, and toasted pecans to the top after it was done baking. My husband and I loved it - he said it tasted like it was from the cheesecake factory.

Very easy and delicious recipe. I've made it twice now and didn't need to use a water bath to avoid it from cracking. The appearance of it is great. Everyone loved it! Several comments saying it tasted like it came from the Cheesecake Factory. I did make one change to save time: I used chocolate graham crackers for the crust to avoid adding in cocoa powder.

This is a very good and very easy cheesecake. I have made it according to the recipe, and also have tweaked it a bit for these past holidays. I added a bit of mint extract to the crust (about a capful) and also to the cake (3 capfuls). Also, instead of choc. chips, I used Andes Baking Chips (find them next to the regular choc. chips at the store). It made for a very different and refreshing cheesecake for Christmas.
