I made this for a Christmas party and it was soooo good! Tasted like chocolate chip cheesecake. I did replace the pecans with crumbled up chocolate chip cookies and it was great! You should defiantly try this!!

This is easy and SO good! I made this cheese ball for a baby shower I hosted last fall, and it was a huge hit. I served it with ginger snaps, graham crackers, and vanilla wafers. The ginger snaps were best with it IMO!

I've already made this for 2 different Christmas parties this year and everyone loves it!!!! No, it is NOT a healthy snack, but it is sooooo good!!!!!! I rolled mine in toffee pieces and it makes the flavors all perfect. The first time I made it I used peanut butter chips and chocolate chips. The second time, just chocolate. I gotta say, I like the peanut butter taste in it, but then again, I like peanut butter taste in anything!!!! Thanks for the recipe!!! My friends and I LOVE it!!!!!!!

My circle of friends and I call this a "Fat Ball". I've been making it for years and it's always a big hit. It's also known as Cannoli Dip. I omit the nuts. Enjoy!!!

I have made this for several years. It is soooo good! When I make mine I line a cereal bowl with plastic wrap and scoop the mixture in there. Then wrap it up and chill for several hours. It is so easy to shape into a ball before serving.

Very good. I read the other reviews before I made this and made some of the changes suggested like 1 c. powdered sugar and 3 Tbs. brown sugar. Also I rolled mine in toffee bits instead of nuts for those that don't like nuts or allergic. And I put mine in the freezer for about an hour before I rolled it into a ball and then placed it back in the freezer until I was ready to serve it. I only rolled it in the toffee bits right before serving as well. I didn't find it hard to manage at all. Hopefully that helps those that had trouble getting it into a hard ball. Everyone loved it!!! I am going to make this again for sure:-)

Really great, sweet cheese ball! Just a note for those having trouble getting it to form into a ball. I always line a small bowl with plastic wrap and put the mixture into the bowl. Chill a couple of hours and voila! You can use the plastic wrap to finish the ball and roll into the pecan mixture! Soooo easy!

I made this one for an office party, it was a huge hit. I agree with increasing the sugar to make it form a good ball. You can also omit the chocolate chips and put mixyure into a graham crust, makes a quick and easy cheese cake! Add raspberries or strawberries, it is delicious!

Tastes awesome for sure but I am sad because I used lowfat butter instead of real butter which makes it NOT want to form into a ball....

Great change from traditional cheeseball. I used the chocolate graham cracker as some had recommended and it worked out great!

This was a hit at our recent department open house. I definately recommend serving with the Mr. Christie chocolate wafers vs. graham crackers. I let the cheese ball sit for 24 hours before rolling in the walnuts and the flavours came together perfectly. I would also suggest using a mix of milk and dark chocolate flakes instead of chocolate chips to make this a more 'spreadable' treat.

DELICIOUS. Sinful. Perfect for a holiday party. I agree with those who said it is best accompanied by chocolate graham crackers.
