I used grapeseed oil and they turned out great. Next time I will try adding oatmeal.

I was so disappointed in these muffins because they sounded like they'd be so good. My kids didn't like them at all and I tried one and thought the banana was too overpowering and just tasted off. I checked all my ingredients to see if anything was spoiled, but everything was okay...they just didn't taste good to us.

Foolproof muffins that are delicious. I forgot to add the oil -- had to add it at the end (usually a disastrous idea) -- but the muffins still came out moist and yummy. I made no alterations to this recipe.

These are delicious and very easy! I was a little bit low on banana, so I added about a half cup of applesauce and they were great. My five-year old thinks they're the best ever.

These were delicious! I didn't have sunflower oil so I used corn oil. I used a slightly larger muffin tin (heart-shaped) so next time I would reduce the cooking time a by a minute or so. 15 mins. was almost too much.

These muffins were very tasty and easy to make. I halved the amount of oil, though and used half applesauce. They were very moist!

These are VERY YUMMY! I keep the recipe handy for when my banans get bruised or ripen too quick!

I really liked this recipe. I have made several different kinds of muffins and this one was great. They were perfect. I did use canola oil instead of safflower oil, but they were still very good. I made them in a stoneware muffin pan and they were cooked to perfection.

These were wonderful! Didn't have sunflower oil, so used canola. They came out a little brown on the edges, so next time I'd lower the temperature or decrease cooking time.

These muffins are a hit around my house! My daughter is a picky eater and she wouldn't touch a banana muffin until I made these...the chocolate chips definately enticed her! This is a keeper!
