JELL-O Cherry Flavor Gelatin
1 (5 ounce) can
BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped
maraschino cherries with stems, drained
These were wonderful! So quick, so easy, so pretty, and everyone likes chocolate and cherry Jello jigglers. I have made them twice. The second time I used Ghirardelli chocolate and they were even better than the first time. The only thing I did different was that I used the mini silicone muffin cups instead of the paper cups so it made 20. They only needed to set 10 minutes before adding the cherry. The cherries don't stay in firmly but the dent displays them well.
If I could give this a zero I would. I thought I did something wrong, but my neighbor from down the street made them also and felt the same way.
I gave this 5 stars. It was simple to do and I made sure I dissolved as much of the jello by reheating in the microwave that seem to do the trick. I used my silcone mini cups and sprayed lightly with oil. They came out beautiful and everyone at the family get together enjoyed them especially the kids. I am looking forward to our next party or gathering so I can try other flavors of jello and chocolate.
