Ingredients

  • 1/2 (1 pound) loaf processed cheese food, cubed
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the processed cheese, cocoa, chocolate chips and margarine. Set over medium-low heat; cook, stirring frequently, until melted and well blended.
  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla, confectioners' sugar and walnuts. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Allow to cool and then cut into small squares.
